Research Abstract

NESアンタゴニスト作用蛋白核外移行阻害天然物である1' -acetoxychavicol acetate およびvaltrate について、活性発現部位ならびに作用メカニズムを考慮することにより、活性の増強されたアナログの創成に成功した。また、これらのアナログはMEK 活性化腫瘍細胞に対する選択的な細胞毒性を示すことを明らかにした。さらに、NES 非アンタゴニスト作用蛋白核外移行阻害天然物peumusolide A を見出し、その絶対構造を明らかにするとともに、アナログの効率的な合成法を確立した
