Research Abstract

透析液中の微生物モニタリングは、衛生微生物学的に安全な透析液の供給のために重要である。そこで、これまでに開発・検討してきた迅速検出法を用いて、透析液およびその原料となるRO 水調製システムにおける細菌の動態解析を行った。その結果、透析液中の細菌数の迅速モニタリングには、蛍光活性染色法およびマイクロコロニー法が適していること、透析液調製過程における細菌群集構造の変化および優占種の推定は、変性剤濃度勾配ゲル電気泳動法により可能であることがわかった。これらの方法を用いることにより、透析液やその調製システムの微生物学的な管理を高精度に行えることがわかった
