Research Abstract |
ナノ粒子酸化亜鉛の経口免疫寛容に与える影響について検討した。実験動物としてマウスを、また抗原として卵白アルブミン(OVA)を用い、経口免疫寛容はOVA を抗原免疫前に投与し、Th1、Th2、Th3 免疫応答を抗体およびサイトカインを指標に測定した。その結果、酸化亜鉛はTh2 およびTh3 経口免疫寛容には影響を与えなかったが、Th1 経口免疫寛容に対しては阻害傾向を示した。酸化亜鉛のようなナノ粒子はTh1免疫寛容系に影響を及ぼす可能性があるため、さらに詳細に検討する必要がある。
