Research Abstract

生体は絶えず下界との相互作用の中で、生命活動を営んでいる。皮膚は体外との接点であり、また消化管は体内にありながらも腸内細菌などと接する場所である。
Ah レセプターは環境中の化学物質と結合し、また外来の物質とは独立に、さまざまな役割をもつことが明らかにされつつある。
本研究は、Ah レセプターの新規標的遺伝子を明らかにし、また腸における働きを解析するための培養方法を検討した。
