Research Abstract

新規免疫抑制剤であるエベロリムス体内動態についてラットを用いて検討した結果、小腸での高い初回通過効果のためバイオアベイラビリティが低いこと、併用したタクロリムスとは相互作用しないが、シクロスポリンとは小腸部位で相互作用を起こすことが判明した.さらに、タクロリムス併用膵島移植患者では薬物間相互作用が期待できないため、エベロリムスではシロリムスに比べて約3倍の投与量を必要とすることが示唆された.
