Research Abstract

腎臓癌の新規診断マーカー・創薬ターゲットの探索を目指し、プロテオーム解析により腎臓癌の高発現をしているタンパクを同定した。そこで、患者の手術前および手術後1,2,4および12週間後の血漿サンプルを得た。また数種のタンパクのELISA測定系を確立した。今後、診断マーカーを確立する予定である。さらに数集のタンパクについて腎臓癌細胞株においてノックダウンさせた結果、癌の増殖・転移に重要なVEGFの発現を変動させることを見出した。
