Research Abstract

本研究では心筋虚血再灌流障害慢性期の冠血管アポトーシスの発症する病期おいて、冠微小血管の三次元構築が損壊されていく様相、血管構築の三次元空間的トポロジー、とりわけ冠細動脈と冠細静脈の三次元的相互的位置関係についての研究を行った。正常ラット心においてそのイメージングを行うことができたが、心筋虚血再灌流障害のラットモデルの慢性期心臓のサンプルを用いては同等のクオリティのイメージングを行うことは困難であった。
