| Research Abstract |
細胞内細胞内プールに存在するAQP2は頂部細胞膜に移動しそこで水チャネルとしての役割を果たし、その後この蛋白は細胞内にエンドサイトーシスされる。この蛋白は膜微小ドメインに関係したカベオラ依存性の経路でエンドサイトーシスされることが判明した。siRNAを用いた発現抑制の結果はcaevolin-1が頂部細胞膜における一時的な稽留と、エンドサイトーシスとその後のリサイクリングに重要な役割を果たしていることが示唆された。
