Research Abstract

消化管筋層においてカハール介在細胞とともに非カハール間質細胞が独自のネットワークを構成することが明らかとなった。カハール介在細胞はc-Kit発現細胞として、非カハール間質細胞はPDGF受容体αとSK3カリウムチャネル発現細胞として同定することが可能であり、非カハール間質細胞は消化管神経の近傍に位置し、可溶性グアニレートシクラーゼを発現し一酸化窒素神経伝達を受容することが可能であると考えられた。非カハール間質細胞はカハール介在細胞と共に消化管運動を調節すると考えられる。
