| Research Abstract |
中枢に向かう脊髄一次求心性線維の軸索は, 脊髄背外側部の極めて限局した部位(エントリーゾーン)から脊髄内に侵入する. この現象をもたらす軸索誘引因子の分子実体は未だわかっていない. この分子メカニズムの全容解明を目指し, 本研究ではマイクロアレイによる候補遺伝子の検索を実施した. その結果, エントリーゾーンを含む脊髄背側部に特異的な発現を有する遺伝子群の同定に成功した.
