| Research Abstract |
本研究においては、レポーター遺伝子を運動ニューロン特異的エンハンサー・プロモーター領域に連結した遺伝子を発育鶏胚に導入することで、発生運動ニューロンの標識を行うことを検討した。その結果、GFPやアルカリフォスファターゼなどのレポーター遺伝子を用いることで、体性運動ニューロンの神経線維がその伸長し始める時期から明瞭に発育鶏胚で標識されることが明らかになった。また、時間経過を追うことで、脊髄神経叢の形成過程を観察することに成功した。
