Research Abstract |
グレリンは成長ホルモンの分泌促進作用のみならず、摂食促進やエネルギー代謝調節に関わっている。中枢におけるグレリンネットワークを神経解剖学的に解明することは複雑な摂食調節機構を解明する上で重要である。本研究ではCre-loxP システムによってグレリン発現細胞特異的に緑色蛍光タンパク質を高発現する遺伝子改変動物の作製を目的とした。緑色蛍光タンパク質を検出することで、グレリン産生細胞の分布局在を同定した。
