Research Abstract

癌自然転移モデルでの内因性脂質メディエータースフィンゴシン-1-リン酸(S1P)レベルの高低が及ぼす癌増殖・転移、そして血新生への影響を検討した。S1Pレベルが高いと、癌増殖能・血管新生能が昂進しており、低いと抑制していることが示された。転移おいては、明らかな相違は認められなかった。以上から、内因性S1Pレベルの高低が癌増殖・血管新生・血管成熟への影響へ与えことが示された。
