| Research Abstract |
ゲラニルゲラノイン酸(GGA)の抗腫瘍作用のメカニズムの1つとして、ヒト全ゲノム由来RNAi ライブラリーを用いて肝癌培養細胞に対する細胞死誘導に関与する遺伝子の解析を行い、カスパーゼ非依存性で、しかもミトコンドリア依存性のオートファジーを伴う細胞死であることを、ライブセルイメージングや生化学的手法を駆使して細胞生物学的に明らかにした。
