Research Abstract

培養神経系細胞系において、Glycogen synthase kinase 3β (GSK-3β) 活性を抑制すると、インスリン受容体細胞膜発現が減少すること、一方、GSK-3β活性を回復させると受容体発現は増加に転じた。GSK-3β活性は、神経細胞において適正なインスリン受容体シグナルを保持するために不可欠なものであり、それによって細胞の構造・機能が保たれていることが示唆された。
