Research Abstract

本研究は、カテコラミンの血管増殖作用における細胞接着因子CD146の関与を解明するものである。CD146はカテコラミン刺激により発現が増大し、アセチルコリンによっては制御を受けないことが明らかとなった。カテコラミンの作用はα受容体を介することが明らかとなった。この発現変化は神経系由来細胞では認められず、血管平滑筋特異的情報伝達機構が想定された。一方、血管伸展刺激によるCD146の発現変化については明確な変化は認められなかった。
