Research Abstract

シナプス形成におけるWnt-7aの作用機構の解析をするために、Wnt-7a蛋白質の発現系の確立を行った。マウスL細胞においてWnt-7a蛋白質を培養上清中に分泌する細胞株を樹立した。新規Dvl結合蛋白質候補Hect型ユビキチンリガーゼの全長cDNAをクローニングして、動物細胞で発現ベクターを構築してDvlとの哺乳動物細胞内での分子間相互作用を解析したが、有意な複合体形成は認められなかった。
