Research Abstract |
新規な環状ヌクレオチドである8-ニトログアノシン3', 5'-サイクリック一リン酸(8-ニトロcGMP)は蛋白質チオール基に対してユニークな翻訳後修飾である蛋白質S-グアニル化(蛋白質チオール基に対するcGMP付加)をもたらす。本研究では、8-ニトロcGMPとチオール基の反応機構を解析した。また、蛋白質S-グアニル化の新しい分析法として、S-グアニル化に対する特異抗体と質量分析を組み合わせたS-グアニル化プロテオミクスを開発した。
