Research Abstract

遺伝学的に見出した尋常性乾癬の2個の感受性遺伝子を対象として、遺伝子型判定による診断基準を創設すると共に、新たな治療薬開発へ向けた基盤の構築をのために、まず基礎的情報を得ることを目標に、これらの遺伝子の機能的解析を実施した。その結果、2個の遺伝子は共に、遺伝子型と遺伝子発現との関連が認められ、さらに1個の遺伝子については乾癬発症機序への関与が示唆される結果を得ることに成功した。
