Research Abstract

節外性濾胞性リンパ腫、特に十二指腸症例を検索した。その結果、十二指腸濾胞性リンパ腫例は節性と同様免疫グロブリン遺伝子にon-going mutationは認められたが後者に比べて臨床病期の低くAIDの発現が明らかに低率であることを見出した。また、VHのusageではVH4VH5に偏在していいた。これにより、十二指腸濾胞性リンパ腫は節性と同様の分子発生機転を有しつつもMALTリンパ腫に近似した性格を有することを初めて発見した。
