| Research Abstract |
癌には多様性がみられることが知られているが、腺管単位の多様性については、これまでほとんど明らかにされていない。本研究は腺管分離法を用いて癌腺管を分離後、実態顕微鏡下で個々の癌腺管を回収し、各癌腺管からDNAを抽出した。大腸癌における同一腫瘍内の個々の癌腺管の分子遺伝学的違いをallelic imbalance(AI)の観点から解析を行った。大腸癌の個々の癌腺管では、異なったAIパターンを示した。腺管単位でも多様性がみられることが明らかになった
