Research Abstract

潰瘍性大腸炎(UC)長期罹患例には癌が高率に発生する。このUC関連癌では浸潤部で低分化に変化する傾向があり、浸潤部における細胞接着因子、基底膜の分解、糖鎖抗原などについて免疫組織化学的に検討した。その結果、UC関連癌では通常の大腸癌と比べて、基底膜の分解、悪性を示唆する糖鎖抗原の発現とも低いことが示された。今回の結果からは、UC関連癌はsporadic型大腸癌よりも悪性度が高いとは言えず、同程度の浸潤能を示すものと考えられた。
