Research Abstract

本研究では、悪性胸膜中皮腫(MPM)の早期診断のためのマーカーの同定と治療法の開発を目的として、中皮腫特異性がより明確な抗原の検索同定を目標とした。悪性中皮腫患者胸水から樹立した細胞株から cDNA ライブラリーを作成し、胸水中のIgG抗体が認識する抗原遺伝子のスクリーニングを行い, 2つの抗原をクローニングした。抗原遺伝子から組み換えタンパクを作成しELISA法による検査法の確立と免疫組織染色等に使用するモノクローナル抗体作成実験を継続進行中である。
