Research Abstract |
マウスマラリアP. yoelii 強毒株 (XL) のスポロゾイト感染系におけるUB-CSP とUB-MSP1によるキメラDNA ワクチンによって、マラリア虫血症および生存率の顕著な延長効果が認められ、P. yoelii XL に対する感染防御能の賦与が明らかとなった。
