| Research Abstract |
病原性Nocardiaの62菌種の基準株を用いて, 必須遺伝子であるgyrBの解析情報に基づく新しい分類体系の確立と同定法の開発を目的に研究を進めた. gysB情報に基づくNocardiaの系統学的な位置関係を16S rRNA遺伝子と比較した場合,16S rRNAの遺伝子に比べて, 3.6倍の差を示した. 病原性放線菌の中で, Nocardiaと同じくミコール酸を含む放線菌は8菌属があるがgyrB geneの特定の領域の配列を用いることにより, 容易に区別する方法を見出し報告することができた. また, 簡便な鑑別法を考案して報告した.
