Research Abstract |
リケッチアの宿主細胞への付着侵入は全てのリケッチア群と細胞種の組み合わせで起こるが、増殖能はリケッチア群のベクター特異性と一致しており、細胞レベルで宿主特異性が決定していた。また、リケッチアはrOmpB/Ku70相互作用を介して動物細胞に付着し、付着部位にチロシンリン酸化蛋白質、ホスホイノシチド3-キナーゼ依存的活性、微小管などの働きでアクチン重合が起こり、クラスリン、カベオリン依存的エンドサイトーシスによって細胞内に取り込まれることが明らかになった。
