Research Abstract

ラットを用いたヒトT細胞白血病ウイルス(HTLV-I)感染モデルにおいて、抗HTLV-I免疫を細胞レベルで解析することを目的とし、F344ラット特異的MHC-IであるRT1-Al拘束性エピトープを認識するT細胞を活性化、および検出する系を確立した。本研究の成果は、今後HTLV-I特異的免疫誘導や白血病に対する免疫治療、および感染個体におけるウイルス特異的T細胞の動態解析に有用であると考えられる。
