Research Abstract

脂質二重膜であるHIV-1エンベロープの流動性を薬物等で低下させると、HIV-1の感染は抑制される。HIV-1のgp120に附着しHIV-1を中和する抗体は、エンベロープ流動性を低下させた。また、HIV-1上の非特異的蛋白を認識する抗体では、HIV-1を中和すれば、エンベロープの流動性を低下させた。以上より、HIV-1特異的あるいは非特異的蛋白を認識する抗体は、中和抗体であれば、その附着によりエンベロープの流動性を抑制した。これはウイルスの新しい中和機序であると思われる。
