Research Abstract	エイズウイルス(HIV)が細胞から出芽する際に、HIVの持つGag蛋白質が細胞膜に結合する。この際、細胞膜に存在する低分子有機化合物であるイノシトールリン酸とGagとの相互作用が重要であることが知られるが、その詳細は明らかでなかった。本研究では、イノシトールリン酸類と様々な蛋白質の弱い相互作用を高感度で観察する実験系を構築し、HIV蛋白質とイノシトールリン酸類との結合の強さを定量した。その結果、Gagやその他の膜結合性HIV蛋白質などに関していくつかの新しい知見を得た。
