Research Abstract

現在のエイズ治療の主流であるHAARTの問題点の一つとして、この治療法に用いられる逆転写酵素阻害剤・プロテアーゼ阻害剤等の薬剤は、HIVの増殖を抑制できるがHIV感染細胞自体は排除できないことが挙げられる。そこで、本研究ではヘキソンを改変したAAVを使用したHIV感染細胞特異的アポトーシスを誘導することを目的とした
