Research Abstract

サイトメガロウイルス(CMV)、ヒトヘルペスウイルス6(HHV-6)、HHV-7からなるβ-ヘルペスウイルスの再活性化機構の解明と予防策の開発は、先進医療にとって大きな意義をもつ。しかし、、これらの再活性化刺激が、「疲労」と関係し、潜伏感染特異的遺伝子がストレス応答と関わる構造を持つということを明らかにし、疲労を伝達する因子を同定した。
