Research Abstract |
本研究では、遺伝子発現調節因子であるインターフェロン制御因子2(IRF-2)を遺伝的に欠損するマウスにおいて、第4および10染色体上の1型インターフェロン(IFN)応答を調節する遺伝子座が皮膚炎症の発症に影響を与えること、それはCD8+T細胞の2型IFN(IFN-g)産生の制御を介していることを明らかにした。一方、活性化ナチュラルキラー細胞がB細胞の分化を抑制していること、その機構にもIFN-gが関与していることを見いだした。
