Research Abstract |
PI3K経路が、マウス樹状細胞において、mTOR経路・GSK3経路・p38 MAPK経路の少なくとも3つの経路を介して、IL-12産生をはじめとする免疫調整能の制御を行っていることを明らかにした。これまで他の細胞で得られてきた結果と異なり、PI3Kはp38MAPKの活性化を負に制御していることから、樹状細胞においては全く新規のMAPK制御機構が機能するものと推測される。
