| Research Abstract |
免疫応答における活性化と抑制のバランス維持は、自己免疫疾患を予防し、適切な強度と時間軸で免疫応答を誘導するために重要な機構であり、機能抑制型のレセプター群が重要な役割を果たす。本研究は、炎症性細胞に限局して発現する抑制性レセプターLy49Qの機能解析を通じて、MHCクラスIとその受容体による新しい炎症制御機構を明らかにすることを目的とし、この分子が炎症性細胞の細胞遊走とサイトカインの産生を制御していることを見出し、その分子機構を明らかにした。
