Research Abstract

本研究では、ハムスターへの抗癌剤(5-FU)投与によって惹起させた口内炎モデルを使用して、口内炎治療薬の探索を目的とした基礎的研究を行った。口内炎の潰瘍面積と炎症を指標として検討した結果、ジンセノサイドRb1およびローヤルジェリーを含有した軟膏や口腔内フィルム剤が口内炎治癒を促進することが明らかになった。従って、これらの物質を含有した口腔内外用薬が、癌化学療法の口内炎治療に対して有効な候補と考えられた。
