Research Abstract

ゲフィチニブで治療を受けた、進行非小細胞肺癌症例のゲフィチニブ血中濃度を測定し、その抗腫瘍活性との相関を統計学的に解析した。その結果、内服開始後8日目の血中濃度(トラフ値)と3日目の血中濃度(トラフ値)の比が、ゲフィチニブの抗腫瘍活性と相関することが明らかとなった。一方で、有害事象と血中濃度の相関は統計学的に認めなかった。
