Research Abstract	プロテオミクスの手法を用いて、抗核抗体および自己抗体を検出すること、および同定することを目的として研究を行った。液相あるいは固相での抗原蛋白の分画を行い、各分画に対する血清の反応性を検討し、その結果、コントロールと比較して患者血清において強く反応する分画を見出した。本研究によりプロテオミクスの手法を用いることによって新たな抗核抗体および自己抗体を見出す方向性を明らかに出来たと考える。
