| Research Abstract |
大企業男性労働者731名を対象として、アルコール感受性および肥満に関連する遺伝要因と生活環境要因との交互作用による健康度への影響を検討した。アルコール感受性に強く関連するALDH2遺伝子型以外にADH1B遺伝子型も飲酒時の顔面紅潮および飲酒頻度に有意に関連することが示唆された。またALDH2遺伝子型と飲酒の交互作用により血清コレステロール値が影響を受けることが示唆された。さらに、内臓脂肪面積が大きく、β3ADRが変異型の群において、運動習慣のない人は、ある人よりも肝機能指標の値が高い傾向が示唆された。
