Research Abstract

市町村でのポピュレーション・アプローチの概念整理、実施状況の把握、そして効果を明らかにすることを目的とした。概念は、社会的、物理的、情報的環境整備に整理することができた。全国の市町村を対象とした自記式郵送調査を行い、厚生労働省等による各市町村の既存データと結合して分析を行った。郵送調査の回収率は77.2%(1386/1796)であった。保健委員活動やチラシ類の配布等のポピュレーション・アプローチは一定の効果が見られた。
