Research Abstract

本研究は、119番通報段階で、患者の緊急度・重症度を識別し、それに応じて部隊を派遣するシステム(コールトリアージシステム)を構築するためになされたものである。2007年から2008年前半にかけて、トライアルを繰り返し、コールトリアージのアルゴリズムは、実用のレベルまで達した。そのトリアージアルゴリズムを用いた新しい救急医療システムが、2008年10月1日より、神奈川県横浜市においてスタートした
本稿では、横浜新救急医療システムに用いられたトリアージアルゴリズムの概要、実際に行われたトリアージの結果、その結果を受けてのアルゴリズムの修正、および今後の課題について報告する
