Research Abstract

妊婦の喫煙による胎児発育への影響には個体差がみられることから, 前向きコホート研究に登録している妊娠23~35週の妊婦を対象としてたばこ煙中化学物質に対する遺伝的感受性素因と環境要因との交互作用が胎児発育に及ぼす影響を検討した。ニトロソアミン類などの活性化に関与している遺伝子とDNA修復に関与している遺伝子の多型について解析を行ったところ, 遺伝子多型の関与で酵素活性が上昇したニトロソアミン類代謝物が胎盤経由で胎児発育に負の影響を与える可能性が示唆された。一方, 非喫煙妊婦では遺伝子多型による有意な関連は認められず, 喫煙による胎児発育への影響には遺伝-環境交互作用が関与していることが示唆された。
