| Research Abstract |
介護度別効用値は、専門家のVAS(視覚評価法)の平均値(介護度順、0.80、0.72、0.71、0.61、0.46、0.30、020)とした。65~69歳の都道府県の加重障害保有割合(WDP)の平均値(人口千対)は、男性は10.7~18.9であり、女性は8.9~15.6であった。65歳の障害調整健康余命(DALE)は、男性は15.68~17.72年であり、女性は19.33~20.75年であった。DALEとWDPの相関分析は、DALEは多くの健康指標と有意な負の相関を示し、女性のDALEの方が多くの社会経済指標と有意な相関を示した。
