| Research Abstract |
次のsingle nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)データベースを構築し, その個人識別有用性を確認した. 常染色体上SNP150座位(100名),Y染色体上SNP24座位(243名), およびミトコンドリアDNA上のSNP24座位(215名)である. さらに, 通常は約45分かかるFast TaqMan法の反応時間を検討し,DNAの抽出からタイピング結果を得るまで,わずか30分しか要さない反応系を確立した. また, Microsoft Excelによるスプレッドシートを新たに作製することで, 一度に最大96SNPの解析を可能にし, 識別精度の向上が図られた.
