Research Abstract

高温多湿環境下ラットの心筋及び脳幹における遺伝子発現量を定量した。心筋では直腸温上昇と共にHSP70 発現量は増加する一方で、42℃-44℃上昇間に Bcl-2/Bax は減少、β-MHC は増加した。脳幹では、直腸温上昇に伴いHSP70 は増加する一方で、iNOSは低下した。Bcl-2/Bax は37℃から42℃までは明らかな変化を示さなかったが、42℃-44℃間では有意に低下した。過度の体温上昇は心臓・脳幹の形態学的・機能的障害を引き起こす可能性を示唆していると考えられた。
