| Research Abstract |
二酸化炭素(CO_2)の作用を低酸素によるものと区別するために, CO_2と酸素を組み合わせた混合ガスを用いてラットによる実験を行った。その結果,今まであまり明らかとされていなかったCO_2中毒の病態が生理学・生化学的および病理組織学的に明らかとなった。さらに,各種阻害剤を投与し循環不全を引き起こす動態および血清成分の変動を検討すると,いくつかの阻害剤が循環不全の進行を弱める可能性が考えられた。
