Research Abstract

生薬成分の中でdehydrocorydalineとpraeruptorin Aは活性化マクロファージ特異的にviability(生存能力)を低下させることがわかった。Dehydrocorydalineのほうがより効果的であったため、その作用機序を検討した結果、マクロファージ活性化に伴うミトコンドリア膜電位上昇を妨げることで細胞内ATPを枯渇させることがわかった。活性化マクロファージ特異的作用がなかった生薬成分の中から胃癌細胞のviabilityを低下させる6-shogaolを見い出した。マクロファージを標識する蛍光色素としてNBD-PZを同定した。
