| Research Abstract |
老化促進モデルマウス SAMP1 に十全大補湯を投与すると、インフルエンザウイルスPR8 株感染における生存率が有意に上昇し、十全大補湯は免疫低下した動物モデルにおいてインフルエンザ感染防御効果があることが判明した。また、十全大補湯あるいは補中益気湯と抗ウイルス薬オセルタミビルとの併用投与では、オセルタミビル単独投与より、肺中ウイルス量を抑制する効果が得られる事が示唆された。
