Research Abstract

DNAサブトラクション法を用いて疾患特異的および体部胃炎に特異的なヘリコバクターピロリ菌遺伝子の同定を試みた。その結果、十二指腸潰瘍株に有意に頻度が高い遺伝子断片を同定した。さらに以前に同定した日本株に特異的と考えられる膜蛋白について解析し、polyA を含みphase variableな遺伝子であった。
