| Research Abstract |
疫学的研究からNSAIDs、cylooxygenase-2 阻害剤の腫瘍免疫増強作用・腫瘍血管新生抑制作用を介して抗腫瘍効果を発揮することが明らかにされてきている。本研究では、大腸癌のマウスモデルを用いて、化学療法にcyclooxygenase-2(COX-2)阻害剤を併用した際の抗腫瘍効果に及ぼす影響を検討した。結果はCOX-2 阻害剤は腫瘍内インターフェロンγ産生を誘導し、腫瘍血管新生を抑制することにより、5FU の抗腫瘍効果を増強することが明らかとなった
