| Research Abstract |
ラット食道への酸刺激により、脊髄後根神経節(DRG)および食道粘膜内で、胸焼けなどの知党に関与する受容体(TRPVl)および神経伝達物質(substance P、NGF)の産生が元進することが明らかとなつた。胃食道逆流症患者における知覚過敏のメカニズム解明につながる研究成果であり、酸分泌抑制剤でコントロール不良な患者では、将来、TRPVl, substance P. NGFなどを標的とした創薬が期待される。
